Introducing weekly skill swaps + calibration calls

For the next six weeks, I'm hosting a series of free virtual gatherings: skill swaps and weekly calibration calls. If they are well received they'll be extended through the end of the year or beyond. Read on for the full scoop!

Skill swaps

We'll kick-off on Tuesday, Aug. 29 with a chance to connect in real-time for an hour of collaborative learning, or skill swapping. Each week through Oct. 3, 2023 we'll select a topic related to entrepreneurship or operating and growing a business. Show up to share what you know, and come with questions and curiosity for what you're eager to explore.

Our inaugural Skill Swap will focus on email marketing and list-building. You're invited to pop-in and share what tools or strategies you've used, questions you have, and to learn more about why list-building is an important aspect of marketing and growing your business.

Skill Swap calls are scheduled for 9AM Hawaii / 12PM Pacific Daylight / 1PM Mountain Daylight / 2PM Central Daylight / 3PM Eastern Daylight

Calibration calls

Calibration calls are designed to help you set aside time for weekly reflection. Without a regular practice for checking-in with yourself and your business, it's easy to find yourself spinning your wheels, feeling stuck, and drowning in to dos.

We'll provide a series of prompts to help you reflect on the past week, check-in on your goals, celebrate your progress, and set yourself up for success in the week ahead.

Calibration calls are scheduled for 10AM Hawaii / 1PM Pacific Daylight / 2PM Mountain Daylight / 3PM Central Daylight / 4PM Eastern

These calls will not only help you build and maintain momentum, but also help you forge relationships and build a squad to support you through your entrepreneurial journey.

How to join us

While these events are free to attend, access is limited to folks who've joined our private Facebook Group, Permission to Prosper.

This private group was created as a space for women business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs to connect, seek advice, and support each other. While there is a solid contingent women based in the Hawaiian Islands, we currently have members from 12 states plus the District of Columbia (a.k.a. DC), Samoa and the UK!
