Coaching and advising services may be eligible for a full or partial refund as follows:
- One-to-one services (e.g., Strategy Sessions, Just Ask Jen days): may be eligible for a refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- the service has not yet been delivered
- the request is made within seven days of purchase
- the request is made at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled service date
- Coaching circles (e.g., Permission to Prosper): may be eligible for a refund if the request is made within seven days of purchase
No refunds are possible for one-to-one services in the following situations:
- the service has been delivered
- the client fails to show-up for the scheduled session
- the client cancels or requests to reschedule a session less than 24-hours prior to the scheduled service date and time
